All items in my shop are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique, upcycled nature of each piece, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exception: Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at sewlovelythingsnc@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item and packaging

I will work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

Please Note:

• Minor variations in color, texture, and construction are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.
• I carefully inspect and photograph each item before shipping.
• Please review all measurements and photos carefully before purchasing, as I cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
